1- This contract is exclusively subject to the General sales and delivery terms and conditions of the seller
that the customer may obtain from the seller at any time (see home page www.alwado.com ) the customer confirms that he is aware of these general terms and conditions .
2- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, shall be resolved with Turkish Law and before the competent court in Turkey.
3- Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment (extended retention of title agreement)
4- The seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract due to force majeure conditions and unexpected problems ;
these are as follows unavailability of goods, interruption of transportation, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemic sicks
and also unexpected very high rising raw material prices and transport prices and unwaited problems in the wood markets
